Pre fermentation maceration for 72 hours at 5 °C. Fermentation and long maceration alternating between racking, delestage and pisage at 24-28 °C. All the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. 5 to 6 months in 3rd use American Oak.
Appearance
Deep purplish black color.
Nose
Aromas of red fruits and some spice notes.
Palate
The palate is presented with structure and volume, accompanied by sweet and gentle tannins showing an elegant finish.
