Aromatic and very fresh with hints of melon and, a bit subtle orange peel, apple and lime. Crisp acidity developing into a rich finish like orange blossom. Long finish. Bottled while still Nama Genshu and instantly pasteurized by high pressured process, the mouthfeel is rich but extraordinary refreshing with perfect acidity.
