100% Gamay Vines located on the Rhone Pilat plateau, cool terroir with granite soil. Aging for 8 months in barrels. The color is typical of Gamay, quite light and purplish. The nose is reminiscent of pink berries, wild strawberries, peony and violet. The mouth is delicious. This wine will go perfectly with grilled meats or white meats, but also cold meats.
