RETURN POLICY
Returns are valid for 7 days from the date of the receipt. The return item must not be opened in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
We will require the receipt as proof of purchase.
Refund Process
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection of the return item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Refund Not Credited
If you haven’t received a refund after we have done the crediting to your credit card, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
